Held at the historic Juniper Hill Inn, in Windsor , VT, the New England “Living” Show House will open to the public from May 28, 2011 until mid-September. A team of interior designers and landscape architects will transform the Juniper Hill Inn into a showplace where you can take the House Tour to see the incredible changes. Tickets to the House Tour are $25 and starting on May 28, 2011 will run from 10am to 3pm for the next ten days. After that, you can take the tour on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays through September 5, 2011 or be one of the first guests who will experience the new rooms first hand. The goal is to raise $1 million to support 7 organizations – the Humane Society, the Mt. Ascutney Hospital & Health Center, the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, the Norman Williams Public Library, the Preservation Education Institute of Historic Windsor, the Cornish Colony Museum and AHEAD. Additionally you can shop downtown historic Windsor VT where works from designers, artisans, antique dealers, local food purveyors and many other retailers will be featured. Your ticket purchase will include a shopping certificate for downtown Windsor.
